2. What happens when you access these pages

This website consists of static files. It contains no forms, comment function, embedded videos, fonts loaded from third-party servers, maps or social-network content. No data about you is forwarded to third parties when you merely view the site.

When you access a page, our web server processes the technical data transmitted by your browser: the IP address, date and time of access, the requested address, HTTP status code, data volume transferred, the browser and operating-system identifier supplied and, where applicable, the referring page.

This data is technically necessary to deliver the page and is used for secure and stable operation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not analyse this data on a person-specific basis or combine it with other data.

3. Cookies and audience measurement

This website does not set cookies. The website may remember the language choice in local browser storage under the key loreluna.landing.lang and, without a saved choice, consider the language reported by the browser. The entry contains no conversation or archive data and can be deleted using browser functions. No analytics, tracking or advertising services are integrated, and we do not measure the reach of these pages.

There is therefore no cookie banner here: no consent needs to be obtained.

4. Hosting

The website is hosted on a server operated by OVH. The server is located in France, within the EU. OVH processes the technical data listed above on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions.

The hosting provider keeps server logs for secure operation. We examine them only where needed, for example to analyse errors or prevent abuse, and we do not retain our own copies. No data protection officer has been appointed; there is no obligation to appoint one.

5. When you write to us

If you contact us by email, we process your address and message in order to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on whether your enquiry concerns a contract. We delete the message as soon as it is no longer needed and no retention obligation prevents deletion.

This website contains links to the LoreLuna application. Account, conversation and recording data is processed only there. This policy neither replaces nor repeats that policy. The version displayed in the app applies in each case.
